What is your shipping policy?  

Freight on all orders is as follows:

What is your return policy?  

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days and receive a full refund. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning your parts. Be sure to clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of your box and include a copy of your invoice. We do not accept returns on special order items.

Will there be a restocking charge?  

Except for warranty returns, all parts must be returned in good condition to receive a refund. Credit will be issued after parts have been received and inspected by our team. A 15% restocking charge will be applied on all returns for reasons other than a shipping error or warranty issue.

What are your warranty policies?  

We are proud to offer high-quality farm replacement parts that meet or exceed industry standards. However, we understand that from time to time a part may not perform up to our expectations. If this should happen with an item you ordered please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve your issue promptly.

My item is damaged. What should I do?  

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If you should happen to receive a damaged item please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-627-6137 so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?  

We are happy to ship your quality farm replacement parts worldwide. Please call us at 1-800-627-6137 with your order and we will provide you with shipping options and a freight quote.

What payment methods does Shoup accept?  

You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Check by Phone or Mail, or COD (check accepted).*

* Please note there will be a $14.00 per order charge on all COD orders. There is a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks. Canadian customers can pay in US dollars with a credit card.

At this time we do not offer gift cards or certificates.

Customers picking up their orders of $200.00 or more at our retail store in Kankakee, IL will receive a 5% discount on their order.
