Returns Policy
If not completely satisfied, return parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise to be returned must have proper authorization from Shoup Manufacturing Co. Please call 1-800-627-6137, use the Contact Us form, or email sales@shoupparts.com and tell us what you want to return and why you want to return it. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number, which MUST be included, along with a copy of the original invoice when your return is made. No returns on special order items.
Returns must be in good condition (excluding warranty returns). Proper credit will be issued after merchandise has been received. A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returns for reasons other than shipping error or warranty.
